Besides Zelda and Mario is there any games that Nintendo has made that have been released on all home consoles?

Mario Kart: SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii
Smash Bros. : N64, Gamecube Wii
Metroid: NES, SNES, Gamecube, Wii
Donkey Kong: SNES, N64
Pikmin: Gamecube
Animal Crossing: N64, Gamecube
Mario Tennis: Virtual Boy, N64, Gamecube
Mario Golf: NES (Golf), N64, Gamecube
Mario Party: N64, Gamecube, Wii
Starfox: SNES, N64, Gamecube
F-Zero: SNES, N64, Gamecube
Punch-Out: NES, SNES

Seriously, I can't think of another "Unbroken" series that Nintendo has made.

Not sure if they fit the definition you are looking for but how about:

  • Paper Mario (N64, GCN, Wii)
  • Fire Emblem (NES, SNES, N64, GCN, Wii)
  • Wario (GCN, Wii)
  • Mario Strikers (GCN, Wii)
  • Advanced Wars (NES, SNES, GCN, Wii)
  • Pokémon Stadium (N64, GCN, Wii)

(Lord N beat me to Kirby)

There are also lots of other nintendo IP that seem likely to get a sequel this gen, that are either too young to really consider a series (games like Chibi-Robo), or hasn't been around for a few gens but reviving it would seem to go with Nintendo's current strategy (like Excite Bike/Truck, Kid Icarus, dr. Mario,  Wave Race).
