bzzt, I'd figure the easiest way would be to use something similar to the wiimote but without the button functions that tracks the head. It could be about the size of a normal human thumb... wouldn't be too heavy... the battery would weigh it down the most... oh and it probably be placed on the ear, similar to a bluetooth headset.
