Actually, that was another reason I decided a while ago to wait and see with them. And as they stated, with one of those million sellers being a core game, that it still selling, it's obivous they know that the audience of core Wii gamers exist.
I don't think they are the best ever developer now, just that I'm sure they aren't insulting gamers by pretending a whole demographic of them don't exist. That was just one troll claiming that, and Ubisoft knows that there is core support on the Wii.
It remains to be seen how well the game will play, but the fact is this isn't a shovelware game, nor are the many core games they are publishing here and elsewhere.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
