Who is correct?

The thing is, there are different types of Famitsu magazine. There the regular one, which covers all the platforms including handhelds and all consoles. The regular Famitsu gave SCIV 36/40, I knew that.

These reviews come from Famitsu Xbox 360, which is a special version of the Famitsu magazine which only covers the Xbox 360. Its a totally different magazine with totally different reviews, so that explains the differences in review scores.

So, this isn't the normal reviewers who do the reviews for the main magazine? This is a Famitsu spinoff dedicated to the Xbox 360?
