I definitely prefer PC...and these games will probably run significantly better on the average PC than the average Mac.

lucky that now a days Macs run the same hardware as PCs then.

Not really. They do run Intel Core2Duos but coming from a person who runs OSX on a PC for certain applications I can say that drivers are an issue for the majority of PC HW. They High end graphics cards(gaming) are not available for a mac want a 8800GT forget about it you can get the 8600GT. Macs even have limited support for the Quadro and FireGL models. What Macs support they support well but that is due to limited HW compatability. Even the lower end graphics cards are fairly limited in selction for Macs.

Personally I am not a fan of Macs. They OS does run programs slightly slower(video encoding runs about the same on both OSX and XP) but my biggest issue is with the interface. I personally prefer doing stuff with as few selections as possible and Macs have quite few mundane tasks to do simple stuff like exit an application. I am not a fan of the doc I feel it wastes valuable desktop real estate(I use auto hide but than if you are using photoshop and click something on the desktop you have to pop it back up just to access the program you were initial using. Finally with Macs Viruses hide in funny places and some can be very difficult to remove as opposed to windows. this is not a problem I actually run into with either Macs or PCs but have dealt with in friends machines. You really shouldn't be getting viruses for either platforms unless you are not familiar or not thinking about what you are doing.

Just hit apple and Q. That's all you need to do to kill an application.

I am well aware of that however it doesn't do that in the GUI. I can hit Alt F4 in windows. I do some work with special pads and I push the keyboard out of the way so I use teh GUI interface. Besides that is just one example of meaningless steps in apple. I am far from a fan of the DMG(image system) employed and I don't like the eject button being on the keyboard I do actual prefer to have the eject button on the drive.

I am just saying I do not prefer Macs I do have to use tehm from time to time but mostly I use the PC when I can because I do fin it more user freindly.
