I think (hope) that once Nintendo gets the Balance Board to the right size for all markets (Japanese and American as Miyamoto put it), they are going to use it in Disaster: Day of Crisis. I am wishing ,yes, but just think of the mechanics.

The game, as I remember, is about a man trying to stop a terrorist group in the midst of a series of "natural disaters." They said that volcanoes would erupt, there would be earthquakes, storms...etc. And as you go about trying to save the world the landscape will be torn apart. Buildings will fall, roads will cave in, fires will burn...etc.

To simulate an earthquake I think it would be better if you are forced to adjust pressure from each leg to compensate and at the same time you're having a shoot-out.A guage on screen could show you your center of gravity and you must reactcompensate from side to side. How you stand would effect howaccurately you aim at the villians.
Or even if you have objectives like the one in- game screen-shot of the lead character trying to cross a bridge... instead of using the wii-mote would it be better to use you own weight? That would be pretty submerssive, yes?

So what do you think? Too much going on for a game, I know some people like the couch a lot. Even if you personally don't like it do you think other game buyers (casual, moderates, or hardcore) will?

Thank for humoring me.
