The time span is so broad and too many Variables to really say, I thx it will slow once X360 sales go to $299
So eather some time in 2008 if that happends
Or if they Give Ps3's away with serial boxtops
or when every one owns one, Thers no other way it will slow down.

But i dont see much after 2009

If x360 Price drop does not affect sales.
2009 Every one who wants one has one and PS3 will be Ready For the World..
I dont think this Gen will be layed Just by Games, Prices is the the Point set hear and all 3 consoles are producing great games so they cancel out each others high and low point sales, Yes This system has good game this month So So system will have Great Game next month to make sales evan again...
But PS3 is just having to many low points to hert WII sales
X360 has Heat issues and bad Press and Semi High Price
WII falls into the bugdet of average Joe but supply constraint.
