I think KZ2 > Gears 2 because the deffered rendering engine that GG is using makes for the most realistic graphics on a console right now. Explosion effects, lighting, motion blur, gun details, etc. all work better than what UE3 is offering
I think Uncharted > Gears 1 because Uncharted was the first game this to push out EXTREMELY good graphics and have a color scale that wasn't limited to black/gray/brown. It had better details in the environment and character models and at the same time, did it while seamlessly loading from the disc, also.
