The 360 version of GTAIV was finished months before the PS3 release. Rockstar said they could have had a holiday launch if the game was only on 360. I don't seem to recall that happening, and it won't with FFXIII either.
Square made it quite clear that the English versions would be launching at the exact same time.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
