FAILURE Is subjective.
currently the 360 is a failure in quality of product(console itself quality, not the games)
currently the ps3 is a failure in sales WW...especially in japan, so much so that if the current sale trends continue through to the end of the fiscal year, it will be basically irrelevant in japan as a console- sure it will get good games but nintendo will have close to 75 to 80% of the current(360 wii, ps3) console market wrapped up -in japan
(wii currently has ~68% of the japan console marketshare-ps3 23% 360 9%).
currently the wii is a failure in...getting enough units to the stores...
