Yes, those are. That's because they are either CG or a cutscene.

I was mostly talking about the 4th picture. Why would there be such a visual quality change from the 1st to the rest of them.

 

I doubt it.....I dont see anything wrong with the 4th screen either.
The screen sc94597 posted I think is older than the ones I posted since mines came out that day and I didnt see that one.
