Worst injury you have ever received?

When I was a eight years old, I stepped on a nail and it when through my foot. When I was 19, I popped the tendon (overextended) in the bottom of my right foot, but the most painful injury was when I pulled my groin....also at age 19. 19 wasn't a good year for me.
