Hotmail was silently dropping all e-mail from vgchartz (someone probably clicked a this is junk on a registration e-mail from here). That has been corrected and they no longer drop our e-mail.
BTW: cox.net is blocking e-mail from vgchartz for no reason and is not answering support problems from non customers. If anyone has a cox.net e-mail address I suggest you either complain to cox or get a different e-mail.
