DVDs were 4.5 GB, although some consoles can use dual layer DVDs, I'm pretty sure both the wii and the 360 utilise this.
PS2 only had single DVD layers
Some recent DS cartridges have allowed for 256MB, but I think most have an 8MB to 128MB range.
Snes cartridges were 4MB (I think) and Metroid was something like 16MB
The nes had cartridges of Maybe 512KB.
Apparently the atari 2600 only had 4KB cartridges, I know you didn't ask but a fun fact nonetheless
