This problem is that there was an overhype that had absolutely no basis. Nintedo promised good news for core fans and they delivered: Wii motion-plus, finally online voice chat and animal crossing Wii.
So why the hate?
Is the pressure because PS3 and xbox360 has a larger number of core games, most Nintendo Fanboys have a belief similar to the adventists about the end ofthe world "Nintendo will drop the Megaton" (they take malstrom's articles literally .... *sigh*). This faith was created by fans alone and not Nintendo. And it's funny to see them bash at Nintendo for having the most reasonable conference of E3 (it wasn't the best one thugh).
