Overcharging for a product that is not all that great. As far as my experience, I've had much more difficulty with MS than I have had with the other two companies. Re-installing Windows often and charging me $80 for a power supply that they lost are a couple of them. Hopefully the Xbox brand never becomes a monopoly in the gaming industry. It's great as a competitor, though. |
