also M$ has shown many times they do not deserve the grandeur they have.

The have shown that they cannot code operating systems past Windows 3.1. Every operating system ever released by them, including the 7 year sting of upgraded OS's, have had bugs, glitches, and or barely worked properly. Why does anyone hold XP as great as we do when Mac OS 7 was superior. Hell Mac OS 5 was superior. Dont even place Linux anywhere in the comparisons between Mac and Windows OSs Linux has been blowing past everything for ages. Everything Vista has, which is Mac OSX Tiger in a new skin, was done in Linux before the dawn of this millennium.

For console hardware they have proven that they cannot make hardware. The Xbox was well made but was bigger then a VCR due to the fact it was a PC inside a box. The 360 as we know have had hardware issues up the ars. DVD drives failing, Motherboard warping and breaking solder joints, and the occasional random access memory corruption (this happened during RROD situations due to the RAM overheating to bad). On software, they made it so that if a firmware update errors and bricks the console you have to send it off. WTF is that? The system should have an auto-reformat like the PS3. It isnt that hard to setup.

Frankly all I do is watch the OS market share charts and smile when I see windows slowly dropping in the US. And of course I;m always happy to see Microsoft failing in the server market.
