None of the Tales game ever target Western gamers, including Symphonia. If it did, Tales would be a multimillion selling series like FF is

I didn't mean at the level of final fantasy. It sold have a million in the united states. More than it did in japan. Meaning it targetted the west.

It's hardly as cut and dry as that. Is every Japanese game on the 360 targeting the west when it sells more in the US? The Gamecube in the US had about a 350% higher userbase than the userbase in Japan at their respective releases. You can't act like that had no impact.
