hmm this makes me want to open a new thread...but going back to this thread, what you are saying mr hadji is the worst case scenario for MS. The very worst case scenario and i don't think it would ever happen unless they chose to pull the plug because they want their next console coming out and wish to no longer support the 360.

you have to look at the past too. PS2 had a very high % rate when it came to lazers being burn out. In fact, where i had the one and just the one GC and xbox, I went through 3 PS2's. It didn't stop me or every other PS2 owner I knew in staying with the Sony brand.

So, who cares even if the failure rate is 25%. If the console is good and people value it, they will keep coming back for more.

Your argument or opinion is based on nothing much but your opinion and that i can respect. However, making such ludicrous assumptions doesn't make your opinions or theories worth while. Allow me to give you an analogy:

At the current rate of world disasters, wars and pollution; I believe the world will end in 2010 along with the 360.

^^my opinion and it is based on far better facts then yours but highly unlikely and unnecessary. If i was to ever make such a statement openly and i would be called a mad man ^^

*****please note, the above was just an analogy to help Mr hadji understand better. I'm not a mad man^^
