I doubt it. Unless you know the in-depth strategies on Peggle, Backgahmon and the Sims you still won't be able to connect to any "gaming girl." Unless you are extremely lucky and find the 18 y/o equivalent of Nintendo Fan Girl or soemthing...

 

This kind of talk is sexist. These are not the only games that women play. I've known lots of girls that like games like Mario Kart for instance. You just talk to the wrong girls.
