Ah god... I found myself stuck on it at the beginning!... And i couldn't find the sollution!... But: It is really simple!
Just catch another fish!... The cat will take it... And will run to it's owner... Which is. Inside the shop!... The go to the shop! And you get your bottle 
... As easy as that!... And i spent half an hour figuring out how i'd get that damned fish in there.
