A good question would be which games do you already own. That way the recommended list is easier to manage. Anyhow, here are some of the games I liked.
Trauma Center - It's an acquired taste so I'd try it before buying. If you had to decide on which one to get then I'd go with the second (New Blood). The first one is more down to earth as far as the surgeries go but the second offers 2 player co-op + verbal dialog.
Resident Evil UC - It's very fun and a great rail shooter. Wii is an excellent console for this type of game. However, it's much more fun with two people. It's a little uneven in the sense that you can play main missions with two people but have to complete all the missions to be able to play the single player missions with two people. It's not very long either.
Metal of Honor Heroes 2 - I personally don't like WW based games but this one I liked because it's mission objectives and landscape is more linier. In addition, the controls work very well and are cleverly implemented.
Excite Truck - My first game. Pop in some old school Metallica and have a few beers. It's a very good arcade racer and has an excellent sense of speed as well as beautiful graphics. The controls work very well but they do take some getting used to.
