Game|Life The Video 21: Shigeru Miyamoto

By Chris Kohler July 21, 2008 | 7:52:50 PM

LOS ANGELES -- Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto joins us on Game|Life to talk about Wii Music, Wii MotionPlus, and Pikmin. Yes, Pikmin. Although he doesn't say much, as you might expect.

The drawing of Mario, by the way, went to producer Annaliza Savage's four-year-old. So don't worry, it's in good hands. Until it is destroyed.

Wow, a video interview with Miyamoto and in just 21 short episodes? Where do we go from here? Stay tuned throughout the coming weeks for more interviews with game designers, including ones not from Japan. I know, right?

As always, if you're having trouble viewing the embedded video above, this week's episode of Game|Life the Video is also available on Wired's YouTube channel and on iTunes.
