SPRay and I Am Alive are pretty much it. Most everything else was known beforehand, though there had been little seen of many titles before E3, such as Castlevania Judgment and Mad World.
Actually, now that you mention it, I can only think of 1st party announcements for the HD consoles too. FF XIII on 360 is the only third party announcement I can think of for HD consoles, though I admit I wasn't paying that much attention to their lineups.
Edit: Oh, if you want to include the last few days, apparently that Sonic and The Black Knight game is genuine.
