Expect most of the blood and slime to disappear if Nintendo or EA publish the game. Heck even Id software removed blood and gore from Rage upon EA's insistence. Nintendo kind of undersold Metroid Prime Corruption if you look at the sales and the much awaited wifi multiplayer/DLC never saw the light of the day.
2K Would be a nice Publisher for Conduit, with their hands off style of functioning and Conduit is a walk in the park compared to Manhunt 2 w.r.t Gore.
