The ability to have full motion through the controls was huge innovation from Nintendo and has proved to be a great success but how long will it carry on until people begin to get bored? In fact, how many of you have already brought a Wii but don’t use it? Is the Wii sports the only game you own? Ever since the first consoles gaming has always been sit down, accept arcade games. That was until the Wii was released, it took the gaming world by storm because it was so different. The graphics wasn’t impressive but the game play was. Do gamers really enjoy standing and moving all the time? Does it really just make for complications that are unwanted? I believe that the Wii has only survived due to the new take on controls but i also believe that eventually gamers will always come back to a Hardcore system, Playstation3, Xbox 360. The Wii may appeal to a wider audience but how much of this audience play the console all the time? That is just my opinion but I am interested in hearing yours. What I want to know is what consoles you own, which one you play the most and what games you own for it. Write all comments below or in the forums. Users can now register to the site. |
You always find the most positive news for Nintendo. Looking at your avatar I must wonder if these opinions do not mirror your own sometimes. Oh well.

Because you've been nothing but a fair and balance contributor to these forums since you've appeared here. Had the Wii not already passed the Gamecube's lifetime sales I imagine you'd say that would be the point it would stop selling too.
