I guess this is relating to official channels and doesn't account for parallel import.
Also, that statistic perhaps has been done with consolidated data, a couple of years old, but Latin America's economy is fastly growing, although at a quite wonky pace, I wouldn't be surprised if currently that percentage would be 2.5% or more and if it would reach even more than 5% in the next 5 years.
