I would go with DS because of it's massive library, huge list of exclusives and the fact that the system is ver much alive. The PSP on the other hand seems to be on it's deathbed as far as software goes in the US. I recently looked a release list and about 80 percent of the games coming for it fall in these 3 categories, games from EA, games from Sony, licenced games.
Remember your history or you are doomed to repeat it.
