I never thought a single game could make a fanboy fight. This game has something different than other games that are comming to the Wii and even the exclusive ones.
Until now the Wii has been so-so wit hthird party titles. Most Wii ports feel like a quick cash-in lazy efforts that just have waggle to say it's a wii game. And then when we look at most exclusives, they ara aimed to more "retarded" gameplay or bad marketing. So far, while the wii still remains successful, the PS3/360 fanboys felt "pretty safe" because most "hardcore" games are being released on the HD systems or have the best version of a multiplatform title and Wii fanboys felt "cheated" and this has been a status quo.
When this game appears, it shows a huge potential of great graphics and gameplay oa Nintendo console. This game has cought so much attention from fanboys, they all seem to wonder what will happen is thid games sell like crazy. Some Wii fanboys believe that this game will mark the begining of great third party exclusives because they will know that they can make a graphically good game on Wii that will be very successful in sales, so they placed their high hopes and support to it. While some PS3/360 fanboys believe that if this game sells, other third party will notice sna switch resources to make great Wii games which will result in less HD games, so they bash it and think of all names and swearing to minimize the developers efforts.
.....
Both sides are wrong. While this game looks pretty good graphic and gameplay wise (and I hope it sells well because the developers deserve it after all that work) , it won't be a flaship title. This game is just one of many games that are comming to the Wii that will make core gamres happy. Developers are switching, but not to the alarming point. Most developers want to be successful in ALL THREE SYSTEMS
