Do Ninty/MS/Sony Get Royalties for Third Party Games?

 MS doesnt get royalties for other platforms obviously.

But if a game gets published by Microsoft e.g. Mass Effect and comes out on other platforms, then they get royalties.

 

Sony gets royalties for every X-Box and 360 game sold. They are founding members of the DVD alliance, so they get some money for the format.
