al least here in mexicali (a mexican city that is in the border with united states) some universitys are staring to teach some videogames carrees, and also we have some companies like gameloft here. and the silicon valley is coming to the city ,i thing that will help the market. and maybe in 2010 or at least before 2012 we gonna have some dev. companies
