I think the exact opposite of what you said is true. Wii is all about games, and is brining new games to new audiences.
360 is about games, but has a large focus on online stuff, and is trying to bring in new audiances (limited sucess). PS3 has alot of games, but its focus is split between BD, online stuff, and games. Also, PS3 is making the least effort to court new audicnes and is in fact losing PS2 fans to Wii/360.
