The big games for this holiday season are Wii Music and Animal Crossing. Sales wise, nothing Nintendo would announce now could come close, as they would have announced mass-sellers at E3.
GTA IV was a real danger for Nintendo, as a system seller. Little Big Planet simply doesn't have the same power. Gears has it to some extent, but really far from GTA IV.
Animal Crossing Wii could make 6-8M easily through its life. Wii Music could also do that, they're definately good enough sellers to validate being the most important in their holiday lineup.
