What you said is inaccruate ...
Nintendo can not compete for the same audience using the same strategy as Sony and Microsoft. At this point in time I don't know of a single person (in real life) who owns a PS3 or an XBox 360 who doesn't also own a Wii; if this is a common occurance then Nintendo has effectively captured the same audience as Sony and Microsoft without taking the massive losses associated with those companies strategies.
