Downloaded it and played it yesterday... very cinematic, loved the cutscenes and art style.

Gameplay however was a mixed bag for me... controls took a little getting used to and i had some trouble targeting the right enemies, espeically when theres a whole swarm of them. Combat seems like it could get really repetitive but hopefully the more weapons/upgrades u get will balance things out and break up the monotonous hack and slash style. The co-op mode seems like a really good addition just wish i couldve tried that out.

The game's presentation to me also felt very similar to Eternal Darkness, like the fixed camera angles when you're in pseudo-cut scenes and walking down long hallways, and the traveling between realms to the "Wyrd" was interesting as well.

Also, the one thing i didn't like is just as the demo started to get going it ended... my actual gameplay time not including cut scenes was about a half hour or so, way too short for a game like this. Oh well, maybe id give it a rental to get deeper into it but im not sold on it just yet.

Edit:  Plus, I dont think this game was worth the 10 year wait either considering it was in development for 3 different platforms... I'd much prefer a sequel to Eternal Darkness, that game nailed everything... presentation/visual style, combat, great story and dialogue, and  freaked me out  a couple times as well, which always counts for something.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
