Has FF XIII changed anything with MGS4?

an exclusive becoming a multiplatform is easier now ,,
the xbox sales are tempting ,, add to that "the owners love shoooting"
add to that MS will not hold back ,, if that what it takes to beat the ps3 sales then they will get the game ,,,
