Looks like we are missing a ton of PS2 software. We have it at 1.9 million (pretty sure I have the right weeks, but even so it is way lower). I'm not sure if that number includes games outside the top 200 though. But with the huge number of PS2 titles, it is obvious some can slip below the radar.
