She basically sprints at the player and knocks them out in one hit. You can take her down fairly quickly, but she's guaranteed to knock someone down to no health if you anger her.
There's a couple videos with the witch...she has a placeholder skin currently, so it's just an all-white model...clearly not the final design.
I'll post some more cool videos I can find later tonight.
