It does smell in Delaware. 

I went up to someone and asked, why does Delaware stink?  And they pointed to a Kim Possible poster.

That's the problem with the people in Delaware. They always pee against posters instead of going to the toilet like normal people.

That's the problem with people in Austria.  They're so worried about peeing in toilets that they forget to use the other orface in the bathroom, the sink, and brush their teeth.
