360 fans will grasp for any sort of achievement now...
Anyone with sense knew the 360 would pass 20 million before the PS3 would pass 15 million. The PS3 started the year with 6 million to achieve its goal whereas the 360 only had to sell 4 million (rough estimations).
If it gives you joy, there's the knowledge that the PS3, week after week, is closing the gap between the two consoles.
