this lady is constantly smiling, its kind of annoying. and i didn't like the answer to... well most of the questions asked. telling the hardcore to look to animal crossing and wii music. also the answer for the storage problem 'just delete them', come on, people are doing that now and their still complaining. i reckon they'll announce something before the years over
