Super Mario Galaxy or Half Life 2. I guess I'd give the edge to Galaxy, but it's close.

This is hard, I have played some amzing games, but Diablo 2 is my all time favorite. Age of Mythology, Kotor, Age of empires II, Starcraft, and Skies of Arcadia are also amazing.
