According to http://softrockhallelujah.blogspot.com/2007/11/november-first-things.html Ubisofts is working on a sequel to Beyond Good & Evil.

The original was one of the best games on the last gen, so sequel would be imediately on my most wanted list (especially considering the end where Pey'J gets infected)

I think would be a perfect fit for Wii with the photography and stick-fighting and Ubisoft has given Wii alot of love. But I wouldnt be surprised if it ended up on 360/PS3.

Can a mod please add: Beyond Good & Evil sequel to the title, something went wrong.

Gee, is the Wii becoming the "Game Revival" system?

Also, mods can't edit thread titles.

It's a good title, and I'm glad it's getting a sequel.

sounds awesome. Okami and BGE2? nice revival indeed

sorry

sorry again

They should pack the first game with it, I've never played alhotugh I was looking to...

Hopefully will be on the Wii. Would they really risk the PS3 / 360 size developement budget on a game which sold so poorly? :/.

Will keep an eye on this for sure anyway.

It should be easy to find 2nd hand online. It's an amazing game with a great story and diverse gameplay. They won't pack the first game with it. Maybe they should WiiMake it before the 2nd comes out for $30 (RE4 approach).

This is Ubisoft we're talking about, so it'll either be a Wii exclusive or cross-platform for all three current-gen consoles.

That is, if the rumors are true...

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
