It's not a genre that attracts masses of people. It has its install base of core Fans though. Those will rush at day 1 to get it.

800k is possible.  I think God of war 3 will outperform its predecessors, but not by as much as some people on here are saying.  God of war 2 was a very hyped game though, I mean, Sony even cut the head off of a goat and had people eat food from inside it's corpse to promote that game.  You can't get any more hardcore than that to promote a game.
