Personally I think they largely pick GotY on hype and MW2 has a ton of that. So does Uncharted 2, but I still give the edge to MW2. They will both pick up GotY on different sites though.

Your list loses all credibility once u mention best RPG. Demon's Souls is by far the best RPG of the year and a very strong contender for me as GOTY!

With out a doubt, Demon's Souls is one of the best RPG's ever made.

Other than this, tho, your list is good.
