Ratchet is releasing November 19th in Japan so they were obviously talking about Japan. No idea what the fack is going on and will reserve judgement until the SCEJ conference is over.

I had the figure 65% in my head as whats left to do ^^ don't shoot!

Yeah, if 65% complete also meant 65% timewise GT5 would be a PS4 launch title. So clearly whatever 65% is, it isn't a good indicator of time left until game release.
