My PS3 was shipped yesterday, should be here around September 1.  The problem is, I really don't know what to get.  I've been perusing the PS3 Exclusives list and a lot of things caught my eye.  I'd like to start with 2-3 games at most.  The only things I definitely DO NOT want are shooters (I have plenty already on Xbox) and Metal Gear (hate it).  Other than that, I really have no clue.

My game collection is fairly complete as far as it goes, so that should give you some idea of my taste.  So, let's hear it from the experts:  what should Ibuy?

hmmm....no shooters, but you may want to look into Uncharted since there aren't too many shooters like it. You have some RPG's so Valkyria Chronicles would be another good one to look into. On the PSN I highly suggest Flower, Wipeout HD, and maybe Shatter if you like Breakout type games

I should've been more clear.  When I say no shooters, I meant like...  Killzone and Resistance,  not stuff like Uncharted.

Valkyria Chronicles seems suitable considering your RPG collection.

You seem to like XBL games quite a bit as well. I suggest PixelJunk Monsters, Shatter and Fat Princess.

And, as mentioned twice already, Uncharted was a great game. Very unique gaming experience.
