Is it me or it would be really stupid to sell your 360 to buy a PS3? Especially if you want one for the multimedia capabilities and exclusive games. How about just buying a PS3 and GT5/GoW3 or whatever exclusive games you're interested in? That way, you don't need to buy your multi-platform games more than once... Unless you somehow manage to get someone to buy your 360/games at a good price.



How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know...

The exclusive games are not  mentioned because we already know the ps3 got awesome games so that's even out of the question. But ppl also look at secondary factors too like reliability,blu-ray advantage,hdd upgrades and so on

The 360 has some great exclusive games too. It also has a far better online system and better performance in a lot of cross-platform games. If I was forced to get rid of either my 360 or my PS3, the PS3 would go, no contest.

There seem to be a lot of threads started by Sony fanboys in this section. Is it always like this here?

I agree the 360 has great exclusives too and the reason why mulitplat looks better on the 360 is because the games are built on it and ported onto the ps3. And I wasn't even comparing exclusives

would never dream of it b/c i would miss out on some great games, netflix, and the better online all for a handful of games, no BC , and bluray.....

just not worth it since i can get a blu ray player cheaper then that and such

I know for a fact that I will be keeping my 360 for the yet to be released exclusive games, the more robust online system, and the instant streaming on Netflix.  However, it is kind of funny that I only have a Netflix account because it came to the 360, but I then upgraded my account so that I can order BluRay discs in the mail to play on my new PS3.

Well my point is that you're better to just buy a PS3 than selling your 360 to get a PS3.

They start threads when they are bored or have no game to play.

why would i buy a ps3, when 360 has a better library and its cheaper

They start threads when they are bored or have no game to play.

Ah, so it happens all year round then?  The poor souls. Why don't they just buy an Xbox 360 so they have some games to play?
