No it will probably be 4 million max. This isn't exactly a system seller or sales monster.

I think there is a good chance that the game could be a big seller (5 mil +). At the same time with the way that Sony currently markets it's exclusives I think 2-3 mil is more along the lines of what the game is going to sell.

The game isn't a system seller, though I can imagine it selling up to 4 mil without bundles.



Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

Fans of the series will no doubt pick up the game, and maybe a few new comers if Sony markets the game right, regardless, the game will own. GOW1 was released when Sony only had the PS2 on the market, when GOW2 was launched the PSP, PS2 and the PS3 were all on the market, pretty sure the PSP and PS3 caused a little distraction for people when GOW2 got released. GOW2 was released too late in the PS2's lifecycle, and its sales took a hit.

To many, GOWIII does have that amount of hype, so? What's the big deal?

People (and myself) are just commenting on the article and it's factual errors. I'm sure if someone said Heavy Rain was made by an awful dev you would be in there like a shot!
