Forums - Nintendo Discussion - I just Bought a DS Lite. What are the best games?

For mature games, GTA chinatown wars is ok, and Resident Evil: deadly silence isn't too bad.

As for RPGs, do you prefer classical or modern styles?

As a start, here are all VGChartz DS reviews so far.

I got a DS based on my fun experience with the GBA. Only after I bought it I realized I only liked the GBA because of Pokemon Gold and Goldensun. The new Pokemon is incredibly boring, therefor didn't finish it so I can't recommend it. The new Goldensun should be a mustbuy though, but it isn't out yet but I can recommend that one, the original two Goldensuns are two of the best games out there and I personally dislike JRPG so that's saying something! Another game that you might want to look for is Anno 1701, one of the few (if not the only) RTS that works on a handheld.
